Hennen Lumber employs four draftspersons to help you with your building projects. We listen to your needs and design a project to fit your lifestyle.

Our draftspersons can help you design that addition to your home, remodel the space that you have, or plan that needed deck space. If you have outgrown your home, we can help you design the house of your dreams.

We can also help you with your storage and agricultural needs. From a poleshed to a new dairy barn, we have the people who can help you plan your project and get it done right.  

Are you ready to begin your project but don’t know what you need or how much it will cost? The estimators at Hennen Lumber can assist you in choosing the right materials and then determine the cost of those materials. In fact, we will do an estimate for your project free of charge.

We work closely with several local contractors who would be glad to give you an estimate on labor if you decide not to do the work yourself.  

The employees of Hennen Lumber will work with you to have your materials delivered on time, when you need them. The yard has several trucks and drivers to deliver your materials. We work hard to get your materials to the job on time.

Our boom truck allows us to deliver large loads and to hoist those roofing materials up to most roofs to assist your contractor.

We offer free deliver for loads consisting of $500 worth of materials or more. Loads delivered over 30 miles from Freeport may be subjected to a delivery fee.  

Do you need gutter on your house or building? Tired of your old metal or vinyl gutter that leaks at the seams?

Hennen Lumber can provide seamless gutter for your home, garage, and other buildings. We bring our seamless gutter machine and cut it right on the site. You can choose to install the gutter yourself or have one of our experienced crews install it for you.

Our Edco seamless gutter comes in twenty-two colors. One is sure to match your building. We stock white, brown, and a "terretone" matching color for your convenience.

Does your attic have enough insulation? Did you know that buildings experience most of their heat loss through the attic? Hennen Lumber offers you two options for blown insulation.

If you would like to add more R-value to your attic you could choose to install blown cellulose insulation. Purchase your cellulose insulation at Hennen Lumber and you may use our insulation blower free of charge.

If you choose to have blown fiberglass installed we have the people to do the job. Although it costs a little more to use blown fiberglass over cellulose, the blown fiberglass insulation is cleaner to install and retains its R-value longer then cellulose. Fiberglass insulation will not settle over time like cellulose insulation does.
